Return Conditions
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Incorrect or Damaged Item: If you receive an incorrect item or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the correct item or a replacement at no additional cost.
- Defective Product: If you receive a defective product, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, provide a replacement or refund according to our warranty policy.
- Clothing is refundable within 7 days in the original packing, tags, and no damage. No swapping of the sizes.
